Certifications
ANECT´s integrated system of company management covers all our identified processes and activities.
The main purpose of the system is to apply QMS, EMS and ISMS policies, goals and strategies effectively throughout the company and make everybody (our customers, employees, company owners and the company as a whole) highly satisfied.
The whole integrated system works in strict compliance with the Czech national standards ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001, ČSN ISO/IEC 27001:2006, ČSN ISO/IEC 17799:2006 and ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005 and also in compliance with the requirements of the Czech Defense Standard ČOS 051622.
ANECT´s system of quality management is based on the process approach. By process we mean any activity that uses some resources and is managed within the company in order to change input into output. The main purpose of each process is to make sure that every order (project, technical support, delivery of goods etc.) is implemented as required by the customer, and that it is always possible to prove this.
Quality Management System (QMS)
QMS is a system used to direct and control how company quality policies are implemented and quality objectives achieved. It consists of the company processes that have some influence on the quality provided, and contains written documents which define how and in what circumstances these processes are used.
Environmental Management System (EMS)
EMS is a part of the integrated system of company management used for creating and implementing the environmental policy of the company and for managing its environmental aspects.
Information Security Management System (ISMS)
Information Security Management System is a set of organizational and management measures that are defined by the Czech National Standard ČSN ISO/IEC 27001:2006 and based on the process approach. ISMS guarantees that the installed security regulations and tasks defined in the ANECT Information Security Policy and all the other internal regulations will be always sufficient to protect ANECT´s data and information systems from all existing risks. ISMS is an organic part of our system of company management.
Czech Defense Standard (CDS)
This standard defines the requirements for quality management specified by the organizations with which the obligation to introduce and maintain this system is either contractual or implied in another requirement.
Integrated Management System (IMS)
IMS is an integrated system of company management which (among other things) meets the requirements for quality, environment and information security management.
