The "ICT Services Monitoring and Management" service was developed to react to the latest trends and meet customers´ needs to monitor and report the availability of the individual ICT services and applications from end-user´s perspective.

Monitoring and reporting of ICT services availability includes:

  • Monitoring of critical applications availability
  • Monitoring of the application response from user´s perspective (if users regard the application as too slow)

The implementation of a system that monitors the services deployed within the IT client is included in the service.

This system takes care of:

  • SLA monitoring - monitoring and reporting on the quality of ICT services
  • Monitoring of the impact that the component outage has on service availability (e.g. one of the servers is unavailable)
  • Mapping of the individual ICT services and their links to your IT components (network elements and servers)
  • Monitoring of service availability for end users

The implemented system also supports customers´ requirements to get information about the services that are unavailable during the outage of the component (technology, device).
